On the Day of Your Event...
Thank you for choosing us! We look forward to doing whatever we can to make your musical experience as memorable and stress-free as possible.
In order for us to do that, on the event day, we will need:
-1 armless chair per musician
-For OUTDOOR VENUES: Shade or overhead cover, as well as adequate protection from wind, rain, extreme cold/heat/humidity, other elements of nature related to inclement weather. (We regret the complications these requests might require, but unfortunately our instruments are wooden antiques, and are quite sensitive to the elements... Exposure to heat, cold, rain, direct sun, etc. will warp the wood and cause damage requiring thousands of dollars in repairs! For this reason, we ask that, depending on the conditions of the day, you help us help you make the music for your big day go without a hitch.)
...If your location/venue is unable to provide adequate protection from these elements, let us know at least a week in advance so we can plan on bringing our secondary 'outdoor' instruments.
-For LOW LIGHT VENUES: Also let us know in advance, so we can bring our stand lights (at no cost to you).
-For RECEPTIONS: We'll take a 10 minute break every hour of continuous performance (to rest/stretch out our hand muscles, etc.)
-For LAST MINUTE DELAYS: The musicians who are able to stay will remain till the end of the ceremony and an additional fee of $50/musicians for every 15 minutes overtime (rounded up) will be billed. Musicians who have prior commitments during the overtime will be allowed to leave as needed.
